DELIVERY

Please note that all of our personalised and hand-crafted products will require up to ten working days for dispatch. Please contact us if an item is required sooner, and every effort will be made to expedite the production and dispatch of the order. Unfortunately, any delivery delay due to the current health pandemic is unavoidable... we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

RETURNS/ CANCELLATION

Due to the bespoke nature of the products sold, all orders are final and cannot be amended or cancelled. Return requests will only be authorised if the product received is incorrect, faulty or damaged. Return requests must be made and authorised in writing before an item is returned.
